QA Engineer (Windows BSP / OEM Validation) Location:
Santa Clara, CA Role Overview We are seeking experienced QA Engineers to support testing and validation of consumer desktop platforms across internal and OEM configurations. The role focuses on Windows BSP testing, device validation, debugging, automation, and ensuring CI/CD release readiness. Key Responsibilities Flash builds onto Yukon boards and OEM devices Configure UEFI, OS images, KDNET for debugging Enable crash dump collection and install SoC/GPU/platform drivers Develop and execute manual and automated tests (functional, stress, power, performance) Perform exploratory testing and identify corner-case scenarios Triage OEM/Internal bugs, collect logs/dumps, assist in debugging Prepare test reports and communicate execution status Collaborate with BSP, OEM QA, and automation teams Ensure CI/CD quality and OEM compliance readiness Required Skills Strong experience in Windows BSP testing & platform setup Hands-on with UEFI flashing, KDNET, WinDbg Knowledge of power states, hibernate cycles, modern standby Experience with bug triage, log analysis, memory debugging OEM device/system validation experience CI/CD exposure for BSP builds and QA automation Familiarity with USB4, DP tunneling, certification tasks Experience with Intel & AMD platforms CUDA knowledge preferred
