The Role Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete the day-to-day planning and scheduling within the Deep-Sea Export division.
Liaise with Export Manager to update on service and scheduling issues as necessary.
Customer liaison will be a daily part of the role therefore the ideal candidate is required to communicate appropriately and clearly with clients Act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and shippers/consignees.
Taking and managing bookings on a daily basis ensuring agreed timescales are met in a timely and professional manner.
To track and control shipments keeping the client well informed throughout.
Handling export documentation.
Provide high level of customer service.
Identify sales leads and report to commercial department.
Insure prompt Invoicing of Customers Dealing with COSCO Offices globally Assisting with customer/supplier queries by phone and e-mails Not limited to the above responsibilities Behavioural Requirements: Must be able to communicate accurately and work in a fast paced, teamwork environment.

Must have the ability to function with minimal supervision, ability to address multi-task work assignments, ability to communicate positively, effectively, and the ability to work in a positive manner with carriers, co-workers, Customer Service, Inventory, and all other departments within the company.
