We are hiring Picker/Packers for our state-of-the-art facility in Sacramento, California. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications, utilizing RF scanners.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order contents against the pick list to ensure accuracy.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for transit.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Meet performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a picking/packing or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Good standing and walking stamina.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards.
