Responsibilities:
- Efficiently unload and receive incoming inventory, verifying against manifests.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stock merchandise in assigned locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely (training may be provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities, prioritizing safety.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including accurate labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Must possess the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.
