Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity in Austin, Texas? Join our expanding logistics team and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials safely and efficiently within our facility. This role requires precision, spatial awareness, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will perform daily pre-operation inspections of your forklift, maintain a clean work area, and assist with inventory management. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain. We expect all team members to strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and wear the appropriate PPE at all times. While operating the forklift is the primary duty, occasional manual Lifting may be required. Experience with different types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) is a significant advantage. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Stack and retrieve inventory from racking systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Follow all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear and utilize required PPE correctly.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the overall logistics and warehouse functions.
