We are hiring Order Pickers to join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This position is critical to our operations, ensuring that our clients receive their goods in a timely manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing scanning technology to locate and retrieve products. Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to all company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), are paramount. We emphasize the importance of safe lifting practices and encourage a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and order items.
- Pack orders securely for transport.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Adhere to established lifting guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous order picking experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a standing and walking environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to use appropriate PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
