About
Our Phoenix, Arizona location is seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk to maintain the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse stock. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that inventory data is precise and reflects actual stock levels. You will be responsible for various inventory-related tasks, including cycle counting, auditing, and discrepancy resolution. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts of inventory items in the warehouse.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's WMS.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure correct item entry.
- Conduct audits of inventory locations and quantities.
- Monitor stock levels and report on any adjustments or issues.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of all stored inventory.
- Implement and uphold inventory control policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the correct usage of PPE.
- Support the logistics team by providing accurate inventory information.
- Assist in physical inventory counts as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency in using WMS and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Understanding of general logistics principles.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
