Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Orlando, Florida! Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels within the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use appropriate PPE consistently and correctly throughout the shift.
- Perform tasks requiring manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support our logistics operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Prioritize Safety in all warehouse activities and demonstrate knowledge of best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or inventory experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and frequent Lifting. Good attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be reliable and punctual. Commitment to Safety and proficiency in safe Lifting techniques is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Understanding of basic logistics concepts is a plus. Must be willing to wear necessary PPE.
