About

You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, accurately putting away inventory, picking and packing orders for our customers, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment is paramount. Strict adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming goods.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders efficiently and ensure proper labeling for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
