Responsibilities include receiving products, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments for dispatch, and ensuring the overall tidiness and safety of the work environment. A strong commitment to safety is mandatory, requiring all employees to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands physical capability, as it involves extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and put away incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or lists.
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Awareness of warehouse safety best practices and proper use of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
