This role demands physical capability, as it involves extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Awareness of warehouse safety best practices and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
