As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in the complete order cycle, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping finished goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Store merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations, following safe lifting procedures.
- Pick items according to customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, applying labels and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation efforts.
- Adhere to all company policies, especially those concerning safety and the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the entire shift.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts is beneficial.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
