Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio! This role is vital to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking products from our warehouse inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service. In this fast-paced environment, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to adhere strictly to safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick orders according to customer requirements.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
  • Conduct quality checks on picked and packed items.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Operate scanning devices to track inventory movements.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, including correct PPE use.
  • Good communication skills.
