Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art logistics facility. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and possess a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position requires physical activity, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety procedures are non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive and put away incoming inventory.
  • Operate material handling equipment as trained.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center.
  • Assist with shipping and loading operations.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
  • Use PPE as required by the job function.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including proper PPE use.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
