We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Sacramento, California! In this role, you will be a critical part of our logistics network, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Responsibilities include:
- Processing incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Storing and organizing inventory in designated areas.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and logistics.
This role involves regular lifting of materials, sometimes up to 50 pounds. A strong emphasis on safety and the correct use of PPE is required.
