About
Exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Tampa, Florida! As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This dynamic role requires versatility, efficiency, and a strong commitment to accuracy. You will be an integral part of our Logistics operations, contributing to the timely and correct delivery of products to our customers. This position involves physical tasks, including movement throughout the warehouse and moderate Lifting. Adherence to all company Safety procedures and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. We are looking for proactive individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to teamwork and operational excellence. Experience with order management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using various methods.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and inventory management.
