Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for damage and accuracy.
- Place stock in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick lists with precision.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Stage finished orders for outgoing freight.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Support logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to consistently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols within the logistics sector.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Must wear required PPE.
