Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order sheets or system prompts.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and containers.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate packing equipment safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability for precise order fulfillment.
- Capacity for repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and shipping processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
