Seeking a dynamic Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in San Antonio, Texas! This role is central to our supply chain, involving the efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will perform a range of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Accuracy and speed are essential as you contribute to our overall logistics performance. We emphasize a culture of Safety, and all associates are required to follow strict guidelines, including the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), at all times. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent Lifting of merchandise, potentially weighing up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
  • Adhere to all Safety policies and wear required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
