Our Boise, Idaho location is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. This leadership role requires a blend of organizational skills, operational knowledge, and a strong commitment to Safety and efficiency within our logistics network. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Train new warehouse associates on operational procedures and Safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and warehouse conditions.
- Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and employee performance.
- Enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage space utilization and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- May involve occasional Lifting of materials up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse coordination or supervision.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of Safety.
- Ability to perform basic physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
