Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Contribute to efficient logistics by meeting productivity targets.
- Participate in team activities and support colleagues as needed, including occasional lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and labels accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and speed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capacity to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and perform lifting duties up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to wear designated PPE and adhere to safety regulations.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
