About
We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to become an integral part of our warehouse operations in Tampa, Florida. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, from receiving to shipping. You will be involved in a variety of tasks within our logistics environment, including picking, packing, and staging orders, as well as assisting with inventory management and receiving duties. A commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety is essential. This position requires physical agility, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a focus on detail. You will be expected to perform tasks involving moderate lifting, and adherence to all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Your role supports the vital logistics functions that keep our business running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specified requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Support efficient logistics operations through proactive task completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of general logistics principles and warehouse safety.
