Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory and materials.
- Stock shelves and maintain organization within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload trucks, using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety protocols and procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
