Job Summary:
Our busy logistics hub in Washington, D.C. is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our fulfillment team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your speed, accuracy, and care in handling products are essential to meeting customer demands and ensuring satisfaction. This role is key to our order fulfillment process, contributing directly to the efficiency of our supply chain. We emphasize a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where Safety is a top priority. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Understanding and adherence to Safety best practices.
