Job Summary:
Join our bustling warehouse as a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our diverse logistics operations. This role is foundational to our success, encompassing a range of duties from receiving goods to preparing them for outbound shipment. You will be involved in unloading trucks, verifying incoming inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to workplace safety. While prior warehouse experience is beneficial, we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a critical sector of the supply chain. Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks and potentially other material handling equipment, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring all tasks are performed with accuracy and efficiency. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, follow instructions carefully, and communicate clearly. Strict adherence to safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload shipments from trucks.
  • Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and designated storage areas.
  • Pick products based on order requirements.
  • Pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
  • Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as directed.
  • Contribute to overall team efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Awareness of safety protocols and a commitment to following them.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
