About
Our Baltimore, Maryland facility is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our daily logistics operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is managed accurately and that orders are processed promptly. We value employee safety and provide all necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies regarding PPE and lifting.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must wear provided PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of logistics flow within a warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
