Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label shipments correctly for outbound delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required for some roles).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock taking.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to process improvements within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology and scanning equipment.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
