Campbell Transportation Company is looking for a summer intern that is driven and willing to learn. The goal of this program is to help further develop your skills in a professional work environment. As an IT Intern, you will be working closely with the Supervisor of IT who will provide you with real hands-on projects and daily tasks. Software Experience:
Microsoft 365 & Teams, TeamViewer, NinjaRMM, Jira Ticketing, Software Updates, Adobe Acrobat, SQL Hardware Experience:
Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Phones, Networking Equipment, Logitech Conferencing Essential Responsibilities: Setup, configure, and deploy new laptops, desktops, and company-wide applications. Provide training and support to end users upon request. Research new tools or fixes for technical challenges and present your recommendations to the team. Troubleshoot and resolve common IT related issues within a proper time frame Familiarity with A/V equipment like Logitech Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Pursuing an IT Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field. Strong communication and writing skills, detail oriented. Comfortable working with Microsoft Suite applications and other software. Working knowledge of Active Directory Good understanding of computer hardware Good understanding of computer networking Physical Capabilities: Carry, push, pull or move 10-30 pounds regularly, or up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day.
