Job Description Join Oracle's innovative Data Center Centralized Functions Organization as a Technical Program Manager, where your expertise in project control can make a significant impact. As we expand Oracle's data center footprint, we are dedicated to enhancing our project management capabilities to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries for our clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the Data Hall Design team, managing various project aspects including schedule, risk, and performance. We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with robust program management skills, experienced in project control tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the design, build, commissioning, and delivery of critical infrastructure and network capacity for Oracle Cloud.
Develop, manage, and analyze complex, large-scale construction project plans and operational challenges, evaluating multiple factors including intangibles.
Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully deliver projects and represent the Design team in cross-OCI meetings.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with your team, external stakeholders, and vendors to influence decisions effectively.
React promptly to any data center construction-related emergencies as required.
Conduct weekly project meetings with core teams to provide feedback, address concerns, and remove roadblocks.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project controls or a similar project management field.
Familiarity with Primavera (P6) or Oracle Primavera Cloud scheduling tools is a plus.
Understanding of float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic.
Excellent communication skills: ability to convert complex schedule data into clear updates for stakeholders.
Strong grasp of project management principles, including cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to align project control efforts.
Competency in creating and analyzing project budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, interpreting complex data, and effectively communicating insights.
Experience in risk management and change control processes, approached in a structured and organized manner.
A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Able to work independently and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities is preferred.
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of project control functions.
PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable.

Salary and Benefits: Hiring Range in USD from: $66,100 to $141,200 annually, eligible for bonus and equity.
