Senior Cleaning Validation Lead – Biopharma Manufacturing

• Lead cleaning validation activities and strategy for new and existing manufacturing processes
  
• Serve as the subject matter expert for cleaning practices and provide strong leadership to a specialist team
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to deliver successful product transfers and project milestones
  
• Author and review protocols, validation documents, and reports; defend strategies during audits and regulatory inspections
  
• Troubleshoot and investigate cleaning-related issues on the manufacturing floor
  
• Ensure continuous compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  

• 
  
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical (biologics or similar) manufacturing, with a deep focus on cleaning validation in bulk drug substance environments
  
• Proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP and best practices for cleaning validation
  
• Strong documentation and technical writing expertise
  
• Degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related science (advanced degree a plus)
