IT Service Desk Analyst – 6-Month Contract
Location: Gloucester
Rate: £140 - £160 per day (Inside)
Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
Are you an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst looking for your next challenge? Our client, is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract covering 1st line and some 2nd line issues.
Your Role:
Deliver 1st and 2nd line support across a range of IT systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when required.
Manage and resolve tickets in line with SLAs.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve user experience.
Your Skills:
Proven experience in a service desk environment covering 1st and 2nd line
Experience with ITSM tools such as Fresh Desk
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, M365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
This is on site 5 days per week in Gloucester and their is no sponsorship on offer for this role.
