Skills:

SAP HCM (ECC6 )payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll. Strong configuration and functional experince of SAP Payroll, including experience in maintaining Payroll Schemas, PCRs etc. Experince on Statutory and Occupational absences. Experince of Payroll processes such as BACS, HMRC RTI,PAYE etc. Strong Experience in relevant legislations in UK, impacting Payroll processes. Incident Management. Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation. Coordinate with clients and SAP team for solving the tickets. Experience on Work schedules, ESS and MSS incidents and CATS. Issue analysis, Configuration changes, testing and resolving the day-to-day related maintenance. Work with BASIS team to move transports as per the SAP Landscape
