Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick items accurately from shelves based on customer orders, using scanning technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support overall logistics operations and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift and maneuver products up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
