We are seeking dedicated and energetic Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the smooth flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping operations, including labeling and preparing packages for transport.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all daily operational goals are met.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and workplace conduct.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
