About
Our Los Angeles, California facility is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to our supply chain, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will contribute to the seamless flow of our logistics operations. We are committed to a safe working environment and require all employees to adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE . This position demands physical stamina and includes frequent lifting .
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock products accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent cycle counting.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and the use of PPE .
- Support the smooth execution of our logistics processes.
- Assist with loading outgoing trucks.
- Perform duties requiring constant standing, walking, and regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar labor-intensive environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE .
- Reliable and punctual.
