We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Picker to join our thriving logistics center in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your main responsibilities will include accurately picking products from warehouse shelves using a pick list or handheld scanner, verifying item codes and quantities, and preparing them for packing and shipment. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, motivated, and can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also crucial for efficiency. Safety is our number one priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict Safety protocols and wear the provided PPE diligently. This position requires regular physical activity, including significant Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we provide thorough training for dedicated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse locations.
- Verify product details and quantities against order specifications.
- Stage picked items for packing or further processing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of picking areas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and guidelines.
- Properly wear and use all required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Support the daily logistics operations.
