About
Our San Jose, California facility is looking for an efficient Order Picker to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to retrieve specific items from inventory, verifying quantities and product details against order requirements. Accuracy and speed are key components of this position, as you contribute directly to the overall efficiency of our supply chain. You will utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movements and maintain real-time data. This role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting (up to 45 lbs) and movement around the warehouse. A strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are essential for this position. Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse stock
- Using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order verification
- Ensuring accuracy in item selection and quantity
- Transporting picked goods to the packing station
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets
