About
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, supporting various tasks that keep our logistics moving smoothly. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires the ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Occasional heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, will be a requirement of this role, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
