Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed and orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment where accuracy and efficiency are key. Our company prioritizes safety above all else, and adherence to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, is strictly enforced. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock inventory accurately into designated warehouse locations, utilizing safe lifting techniques.
  • Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, applying necessary labels and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by promptly addressing any potential hazards.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding and application of safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
