Become a key player in our e-commerce fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in San Jose, California! We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to help us process and ship orders efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment cycle, including picking products, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics operation, ensuring that our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be organized, efficient, and detail-oriented. A strong commitment to workplace safety, including proper lifting techniques and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and shipping.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including correct PPE usage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
