We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our San Diego, California facility! As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your precision is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining inventory integrity. This role involves working with a dedicated team to fulfill orders promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, can work effectively under pressure, and maintains a keen focus on Safety. You will utilize scanning equipment and follow established procedures to ensure order accuracy. We are committed to providing a safe and productive workplace, and all necessary PPE will be provided. - Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order requests.
- Using RF scanners and other technology to track inventory.
- Inspecting picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Packing items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Ensuring order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to meet picking and packing quotas.
- Assisting with inventory counts as needed.
This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and a strong commitment to workplace Safety.
