Job Summary:
Our San Antonio, Texas warehouse is seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team! This role is integral to our daily logistics operations, contributing to the efficient movement and storage of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will handle products carefully, ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, and contribute to the overall productivity of the warehouse. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions precisely, and adhere to strict safety protocols. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the unloading and receiving of incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Pick products accurately based on order requirements.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch and assist with loading trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including sweeping and organizing.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and the importance of safety, including the use of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a logistics environment.
