Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Store merchandise in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, protecting contents during transit.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, following safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Support the overall logistics team with various warehouse duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and be physically active for the entire shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles and logistics functions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to following all PPE and safety procedures.
