Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items according to customer order details.
- Pack orders with care and efficiency, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
