We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our Phoenix, Arizona logistics team! In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our warehouse based on customer orders and carefully packaging them for shipment. Your precision and efficiency directly contribute to our customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our distribution center. We seek organized and energetic individuals who can work at a brisk pace while upholding high standards of quality and safety. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent standing, walking, and the consistent Lifting of packages up to 30 lbs. The correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for your safety. You will work as part of a collaborative team to fulfill orders, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and adherence to established procedures are highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using order tickets or scanners.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging.
- Package products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to all packages.
- Operate handheld scanners to manage inventory and track order progress.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment tasks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and consistent Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
