This position is fundamental to our supply chain, encompassing a range of duties from inventory management to order fulfillment. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse, contributing to the timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves and inventory locations accurately.
- Fulfill orders by picking items and preparing them for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Adhere strictly to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving heavy items, following proper techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the **logistics** department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Physical ability to **lift** up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** protocols and **PPE**.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for this **logistics** role.
