In this critical position, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed in our logistics operations. Your role will be central to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Key responsibilities include accurately picking items from inventory, verifying order details, packing items securely using appropriate materials, and applying shipping labels. You will work within a team environment, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the warehouse. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you must adhere to all company safety policies and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. We provide comprehensive training on safe lifting practices and the efficient use of warehouse equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity for repetitive lifting.
