Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, sorting, and shipping orders.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from clutter.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Support logistics and supply chain functions by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of safety procedures and commitment to using PPE.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
