We are hiring a meticulous Shipping Clerk for our Seattle, Washington location. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of outgoing shipments. Your duties will include preparing shipping documents, verifying order details, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring that all shipments meet company and carrier requirements. This role is critical to the success of our logistics operations, ensuring that products are dispatched correctly and on schedule. You will be responsible for accurately labeling packages, generating shipping manifests, and maintaining organized records of all outgoing freight. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation is essential. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and safe shipping area, adhering to all safety protocols and using required PPE, such as safety vests and footwear. This position may involve some lifting and moving of packages, so physical capability is important. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. Familiarity with various shipping software and carriers is a significant advantage. Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare all outgoing shipments.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a related logistics role.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and carrier portals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
