Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret pick lists and order specifications.
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Verify the quantity and item number of picked goods.
- Stage orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE during all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics procedures.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
