About
We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. As a key member of our operations team, you will contribute to the seamless functioning of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. Your responsibilities will span receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods, playing a vital role in our logistics chain. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety. This role requires physical stamina for consistent lifting and moving of products, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be trained on our state-of-the-art systems and equipment, and meticulous attention to detail is expected. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is strictly enforced. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick customer orders based on pick lists or system data.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE diligently.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team structure.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations and the use of PPE.
